Add-ons are priced here at the shortest hire. Anything that scales with length is recalculated for your dates when you build the package, and the deck is sized to the wall you pick.

Damage waiver — 5% of the hire, GST inclusive
The waiver covers damage to or loss of the equipment during your hire and caps your liability for a claim at a $2,500 excess. It is a damage waiver, not an insurance policy you hold. The fee is non-refundable and is set out in the hire agreement.
Still your responsibility
Securing the gear at all times — including while our crew is on site, while it's in use, and whenever the venue is unattended.
Not covered
Negligence by you or anyone under your control, theft where the gear wasn't reasonably secured, misuse or use outside its purpose, ignoring operating and safety instructions, wear and tear, and damage where the venue wasn't adequately secured. In those cases the waiver doesn't apply and full liability sits with you.
We remain liable for damage caused by our own misuse or negligence, unless we were acting on your instructions.
